Mankota Agricultural Hall
Available to rent for many functions - Weddings, Funerals, Anniversaries, Showers, Dances, Trade Shows, Meetings etc.
Large hall is 60 ft x 60 ft and has a seating capacity of 375 without tables ( chairs only). Seating with tables we have a capacity of 285.
There is a wall mounted overhead screen for slideshows and a sound system included in the rental agreement.
Also available to rent is a conference room with is 40 ft x 20 ft. This room will seat 40 people with tables and chairs.
The kitchen contains 2 stoves, 2 portable roaster ovens, food warmer, 2 stand up coolers, freezer and all the dishes, pots, pans, coffee pots and cutlery.
The hall is also wheelchair accessible.
Located at very North end of Mankota, North of Hotel and Railroad & South of the Agricultural Hall is a very large parking area capable of hosting Campers.

Bowling Alley
We have a two lane bowling alley conveniently located in the first block of Main Street.
Anyone wishing to bowl or put in a team are asked to contact:
Marlene Selensky at 306-478-2600 by the first week of October.
There is an evening league and also an afternoon league.

Mankota has an active New Horizon Center.

Outdoor Skating/Hockey Rink & Curling Rink
Mankota has a two sheet curling rink located on the north side of Mankota right next to the Community Agricultural Hall.
A Square Draw runs from January to the end of February. A curling bonspiel is hosted every year at the beginning of March to end the curling season. Contact Kevin Gillespie 306-741-9582 for more information.

There is a full service campground just off main street behind the Town and Municipal Offices.
The campground offers 6 - 30 amp serviced sites, washrooms, free showers and sani dump .
There are multiple unserviced lots available.
A Full Service lot is $20.00
Unserviced lots are $15.00
Right beside the campground is our full playground for campers with children.

Mankota is host to the Dean Anthony Memorial Rodeo each year in May.
This rodeo is a CCA, MRCA, and CRA triple approved rodeo.
We offer a landscaped hillside parking for the rodeo so spectators can sit in their vehicles to view the rodeo from whichever level they are parked on.
We also have ball diamonds on site beside the rodeo area for our baseball fans.
This is all set in a beautiful natural bowl type arena surrounded by grass hills.

Mankota Museum
A small museum on the west side of town is open to the public.
Numerous vintage tractors, various types of farm equipment and an old school house are some of the features. The museum is set at the bottom of the hill with the creek running through it. A nice quaint place to visit.

Grasslands National Park
And of course the ever changing and fascinating specter of the Grasslands National Park.
Located within easy driving distance to the West near Val Marie and the East in the
Fir Mountain/Wood Mountain areas are the two divisions of this amazing grassland park.
This park contains some of the most beautiful scenery, landscapes and wildlife in North America.
